Bisquick Coffee Cake

This is another one of those super easy things to make and it's really great for breakfast or brunch.

2 cups Bisquick

2 tablespoons sugar

1 egg

2/3 cup water or milk

1. Mix all ingredients.

2. Sprinkle topping over the top.

3. Bake in a greased 9-inch round pan at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Topping

1/3 cup Bisquick

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter, firm

1/2 cup crushed pecans

Mix with a fork until crumbly.
