Easy Raisin Bran Muffins These are for the more health conscious folks. Easy and good! 1 15oz box of Raisin Bran 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 5 cups of whole-wheat biscuit or baking mix 1 cup extra raisins 1 8oz carton egg replacer (Egg Beaters, etc.) 1 quart (4 cups) of buttermilk 1. Mix Raisin Bran, sugar and biscuit mix together. 2. Mix together eggs, oil and buttermilk together and then add
to dry ingredients. 3. Let it sit in the bowl for about 10 minutes so the bran
flakes will become soggy. 4. Place batter in muffin pans and bake at 425 degrees for 18 to
20 minutes. |
