Cake Mix Cookies

This recipe comes from a girl named Shelly who was an intern in my office. She was a bit nuts, but these cookies she shared with us were awesome! This is so easy and delicious.

1 cake mix (any flavor)

1 egg

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup oil

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

1 bag of chips (chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, peanut butter...you get the idea).

1. Mix all ingredients together to make dough. Roll into balls.

2. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.

3. They don't brown very noticeably, so keep and eye on them or the bottoms will burn.
