Nutty Buddies

These are an easy and great snack!

9 cups of Wheat Chex

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup butter

1 teaspoon vanilla

11/2 cups powdered sugar

1. Pour cereal into a large bowl and set aside

2. In a 1 quart microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter.

3. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute.

4. Stir in vanilla.

5. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal stirring until all pieces ore evenly coated.

6. Pour cereal mixture into a large Ziploc bag with powdered sugar.

7. Seal securely and shake until all pieces are well coated.

8. Spread on wax paper to cool.

9. Store in an airtight container.
