Artichoke Spread

 

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke

   hearts, drained

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 cloves garlic, peeled

 

Directions

 

1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 Chop artichoke hearts into very small pieces.  Process the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise and garlic until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

3 Fold artichokes into the mixture

4 Transfer to a 9 inch pie pan.

5 Bake in the preheated oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly brown.

 

Serve it with bread, crackers or veggies.
